One of the best fundraisers that we have ever seen (and used!) is the Flamingo Fundraiser.Most of you have probably used the flamingo fundraiser before, but did you know that you can earn thousands and thousands in just a few weeks for your church?Here is the premise:One night you and your youth sneak out in the middle of the night and put 100 (yes, I said 100) plastic pink flamingos in a church member’s yard with a note from the youth group.The next day, they call the number in the letter and tell you what church member they want them delivered to.There is no set fee, just what ever donation they want to make.Not only will you earn a ton of money for your next trip or that gadget your ministry needs, but chances are you will get some press from your local TV station or newspaper.The best place we have found to purchase your fine pink plastic friends would have to be the Oriental Trading Company, Inc. . They are very economical, very trusted, and have been around for years. Do it the eBay way!
Are you still collecting stuff for your church garage sale?That is so old!Instead of working for months, tagging everything, worrying about the rain, and getting up at in the morning, try doing it from your computer when you want and where you want.
